iTunes says I purchased a song but I can't find it

I've been trying to buy songs on iTunes for a while but keep getting the error message "the requested resource is not found. please try again later". Well, I just noticed that $1.29 is missing from my account. The Complete Your Album feature says I purchased "Love the Way You Lie" (which I had tried to do, but got the error message), but the song isn't in my Downloads, Purchases, or iTunes.
