My call of duty game on the phone keeps getting hacked . I have changed my password multiple times and still I’m getting hacked. What do I do?

I have change my Apple ID password multiple times and has contacted the Call of Duty mobile app and only have been getting automated responses. After I changed my password, I went back on my Call of Duty account and change my name back and three days later they changed it again I keep getting kicked out of my own game. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know what else to do.
