After trial period subscription options?
Hi. If I request the 7 day trial and like the app, can I change the auto weekly charge to a lifetime subscription?

You will have to check the options the developer offers - that is not Apple's call. And, according to the terms, apps are not guaranteed to be available forever - the developer might decide to no longer offer it.
