On iPhone 12 Pro Max,

is it possible to delete photos from my photos without deleting the same photos from an album I created for those certain photos?

No. If you delete a photo from the Library it is also deleted from any albums.

Note that there is only one photo in storage. If it is in albums, it is the same photo that is displayed in multiple places and it does not use more storage.
