I have an iPhone 14, but it doesn’t function properly as it cannot be registered here in Iran.
I wonder if I can exchange it for an iPhone 13 in an Apple Store in Dubai.
Additionally, I have an iPhone 6 too. Do Apple Stores still accept that model to reduce the price of a newer model?
Any help about this subject will be highly appreciated.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund, however, I believe you have to return it in the same country it was purchased. Did you buy this phone in Dubai? if so, contact the Apple store in Dubai and ask about the return.
An iPhone 6 is too old to get a trade in value.
However, as Raicya pointed out, Apple doesn't do business in Iran and an iPhone 13 probably won't work there either.

Apple does not do business at all in Iran, they never have.
If you live in Iran, you cannot even legally have an AppleID as you cannot use an Iranian email address to make one.

This doesn’t concern me, I’m in fact asking on behalf of a friend who isn’t very good at English writing.
She travels and could be in Dubai some time soon. All she needs to know is whether or not it is possible to make the exchange so she could actually make her way there.
