Unable to login to old Apple ID

Good day. I want to log in with my account, which I haven't used for a long time, but it doesn't work at all. Alternatively, I want to create a new ID and it doesn't work with my email either. I use this email everywhere and have no problem with it. But it doesn't work here. The problem is with the address ****@gmail.com. Why? well thank you. It shows me - This email address is not available. Choose a different address.

If you have created an Apple ID with that email address in the past, you won't be able to use it now to create a new Apple ID. You can read more about creating an Apple ID here: How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support


You mentioned that logging into the old Apple ID didn't work at all. If you forgot the password to that Apple ID, you can use the helpful steps here to help retrieve it: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If your previous Apple ID which you haven't used in a long time was deleted you won't be able to sign in, reset the password or use email addresses associated with that account. You can view more details here: How to delete your Apple ID account


However, if the account wasn't deleted by you or you continue to have an issue reach out to Apple directly to further assist.
