When I try and order something and it comes back with my Sisters name and address who lives in another state?
If you have a Wi-Fi connection it uses the location of your ISP’s connection point to the Internet, which might be in another state.
If you are using a VPN connection it will use the end point location of your tunnel rather than the phone’s actual location. There's no suspicious with it.
