Refund on Spokeo app

I also need to have a refund on spokeo. I had cancelled it the day before and when I used my new card I got charged again!

please refund asap as it made my account overdrawn!

However, I have changed my mind and no longer needed, therefore I did deactive my credit card and I thought it definately canceled if overdue.
