Apple Pay. My expiry date on debit card expired. In my wallet it auto updated. However, not for 'apple pay' in terms of subscriptions and icloud storage etc.

Apple Pay. My expiry date on debit card expired. In my wallet it auto updated and was seamless for all transations. However, not for 'apple pay' in terms of subscriptions and icloud storage etc. It will not let me make any updates to the card and it will not allow me to remove it as, I do not have another payment method set up (I do not have other debit/credit cards). Any thoughts, advice or experience on why the payment method auto updated for everything else but icloud/subscriptions etc? Meaning I use it from my wallet as a payment method for everything else and is fine? With kind thanks, Louise
