Can I trick my iPhone into thinking it’s a different model?

Hi, I was trying to see if I could trick my first-gen iPhone SE into thinking it was an iPhone 7 or 8. I’m trying to use the Try Galaxy app (I’m not switching to Samsung, Apple) alongside my iPhone 14. They just release a fold demo that requires two iPhones. If not, could I try tricking the app itself into thinking its on an iPhone 7?
