exception for cross site tracking
My school site requires cross site tracking to be enabled. Is there a way to set it as an exception to allow it while still having tracking disabled in general?

In the Native Safari version 16.6 on Ventura 13.5.1
Safari >> Setting >> Privacy tab >> " Cross Site Tracking " appears as per image below
I looks like it is an All or Nothing
This does not mean it is impossible in Other Non Native Web Browsers
FWIW cross-site tracking settings are a function of the particular browser being used. Unless the browser supports it, it's not possible. For example, in Firefox, it's possible to only block the sites you want to block but you would have to enter all the sites you visit manually, except for the school site.
