I pressed Command F2 or Command Fn F2 but nothing happened. I tried to restart both 2 laptops but nothing happened.

There are two that have been mentioned whenever this subject comes up: Luna Display and Duet Display:
I've had no experience with either of them so you'll have to do your own due diligence on them.
In this case, are there any other way that I can use iMac as the second monitor?
