Music keeps disappearing from my music library. When I go to iTunes to redownload the music, it says purchased but won’t let me redownload. I’m missing hundreds of songs dozens of complete albums. All of my Apple Music playlists and library have disappeared. Currently I am on a Apple Music Family plan but somehow got kicked off. Once this happened all my music disappeared. I am now back on but all my music is still no where to be seen. I had around 500 songs saved and now they’re all gone. Looked over YT and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you unsubscribe for a period of time or forget to update your payment method before the subscription renewed?

yes, for a while I did not listen to music and did not renew my subscription. what should I do?
