Excel, Powerpoint and Word problem after upgrading Ventura 13.5

Even after updating into 13.5.1, couple times can't put a space, it shows like a placing holder. To my surprise when opening app store, it shows GET on Microsoft 365, like I don't have them. Then try to download Excel, open a file, same condition. Any body could help, please. Mine is Macbook Air, retina 13 inch, 2019.

Thanks A Brody. I don't see any related discussion there. And my issue apparently also with pages. When I make a table, I click tab, it does't move to other cell nor creating new rows when I click tab at the end of table cell. I attached when I open Finder setting, you may see a red frame, which is not supposed to be exist.
