How do I add existing subscriptions, e.g. Max, that I have through my Amazon account?

I have the same issue with all my amazon subscriptions plus netflix, hulu, disney plus that are subscribed outside of Amazon. When I select the app on appletv I get a screen asking me to confirm that I want to purchase the subscriptions.

Apple TV HD, tvOS 13

If you subscribed to a channel within Amazon (i.e. Amazon channel) then it can only be accessed within their app. Similarly Apple TV channels can only be used in their app and those subscriptions would incur a separate subscription. You would need to subscribe directly with the provider to be able to use their apps directly. If you have those direct subscriptions then you would login with the credentials for those providers to access their apps.
