How to turn off music/audiobook control on Apple Watch in 2023?

Hi all,

I get a screen showing up when I am using the Audible App (has forward and reverse, etc). I have removed the audible app from the watch app on my phone (reads uninstalled now) and from the app screen on the phone. I have turned off auto launch. I still get this screen if my phone is near the watch when playing an audible audio book. So far I have failed to find a way to keep this feature off. I have a similar issue with the Apple Music app, but have not spent time addressing that one (yet). Thanks for sharing if you have masted this.
