Font size on iPhone 14 Pro gets large all of a sudden

There was a previous question about this but the answer isn’t helpful. The font is so large I can’t get to my settings. Turning my phone to change the view doesn’t help. I’m trying to ask Siri to turnoff zoom settings but no luck so far.

If your Home Screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

If you can't access Settings because your Home Screen icons are magnified, double-tap with three fingers on the display to zoom out.
To turn off Zoom: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom. Tap to turn off Zoom.
