Assistive touch keeps turning on
I keep turning assistive touch off and it keeps turning on.
Go to Settings/Accessibility/Touch/Assistive Touch and turn it off.

What model phone? If it has a home button, and the phone detects a problem with the home button, it will automatically turn on assistive touch.
