When you buy a product in the US you will pay the local, state, and any other applicable taxes. You can not avoid paying tax on a retail purchase. Contact the store where you plan to purchase the computer to ensure they will have your desired configuration in stock when you arrive.

If you purchase the Mac in the U.S. and it requires warranty service, you will have to ship it back to the U.S. to be covered.

Always purchase such hardware in the country where you live. Morocco doesn't have any Apple Stores in your country, but the supported sales areas can be found here:

Find Locations - Apple (MA)

Just put Morocco in as the city location and you'll get five returns.

Is there a store where I can buy a macbook without paying taxes?

Ignoring the discussions of warranty and AppleCare coverage internationally, the US is rather large, and—if not nearby—the time and costs involved in getting to and from a state without sales tax can offset any tax savings. The five US states without sales tax are Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, and New Hampshire.

About the apple card , apple is giving 150$ apple card for free if you buy a macbook / Ipad .... I was wondering if I can also have one even If I'm not american and I don't study there.

Maybe Footnote 1 applies to your situation: https://www.apple.com/us-edu/shop/back-to-school?afid=p238%7CsTlpSVlWk-dc_mtid_1870765e38482_pcrid_661049781969_pgrid_93819552868_pntwk_g_pchan__pexid__&cid=aos-us-kwgo-mac--slid---product-

I think it applies to US residents/students only. But I may be reading it incorrectly.

I doubt someone who is so concerned about saving the sales tax will travel across the US to take advantage of the no sales tax benefit.

If it is an educational offer, Apple usually verifies the student or staff association or enrollment.

I don’t know whether that check or if that offer would be extended to a student in another country, but I’d tend to doubt it.

When you arrive, contact Apple, and ask them.

A round-trip from northern New Jersey to Delaware is an all-day project. And used to be a lot of quarters.

To be honest , Im not the one who's travelling to USA but my cousin is and I want to tell him to buy for me a macbook there

That’s just adding to the stack of complications. And to add more potential complications, check with the Moroccan customs and excise folks for any applicable duties that might owed here too, lest the computer be seized.
