I also have the same issue with “Shahid” it is a problem from their app. I did reach out to Shahid multiple times and they have not yet solved the issue.

I recommend you also raise the issue directly with Shahid

So, which app?

If it is happening within one specific app, then:

1. Update your Apple TV system software to the current version, if not done already. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support
2. Try this for any misbehaving app:
   1. Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
   2. If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
   3. If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
   4. If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

As mentioned above, please let us know if it happens for multiple apps, or for multiple shows in a specific app, or only for a specific title in one app. Thank you all.

i am getting an error recently from my apple tv (Error occurred TV-Apple-3020) and my tv stop playing the show

I have the same issue , I reset the apple tv and the problem still there.

It is happening with a specific app

i did resit the apple tv

redownload the app

log out and re loggin

nothing worked

It happens when i play a streaming app called “Shahid”.
