Change monthly purchase payment date

I am on a monthly fixed income and the monthly date apple starts taking there payment is 2 weeks from my monthly deposit. How can we change this so I can make 2 payments coming up on the 3rd so then everything will be on time and paid for early?

Payment date can't be changed.
