Can I do anything about sound distortion or static coming from my speakers on my iPhone?

I listen to podcasts and the radio a lot on my iPhone, an iPhone 13, and the speakers are getting increasingly distorted which is now affecting the sound quality of my phone calls.

what can I do? The phone is only 18 months old and still under guarantee with John Lewis
