Making a new wallpaper

After I did the iOS 16 update and I tried to change my wallpaper it wouldn’t work. I tried it with my face and went to settings. It let me get to where I can choose what wallpaper I want but when I click add wallpaper it doesn’t respond

Change the wallpaper on iPhone

Go to Settings > Wallpaper, then tap Add New Wallpaper. The wallpaper gallery appears.
Do one of the following: ...
