Hey zione33,
Since we’re unsure of what you’re attempting to do, let’s see if a forced-restart of your Apple Watch returns it to working as it should.
From Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support:
"Force restart your Apple Watch
You should force restart your Apple Watch as a last resort and only if it's not responding.
Don’t force restart your Apple Watch if you're updating watchOS. After you see the Apple logo and progress wheel, leave your watch alone and on its charger until the update finishes.
To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo."
If that is the step you’re taking or force-restarting didn’t help, let’s see if erasing your Apple Watch and setting it up again works.
We’d like for you to try these steps twice. The first time through, do not restore the backup to your Apple Watch but set it up as a new watch. The second time, use the backup to restore it:
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If it’s still doing the same thing, please provide a bit more detail. How are you resetting your Apple Watch? What screen does it seem to be stuck on? The answers can help us determine our next steps towards a resolution.
All the best.
