Perhaps you may need to check again to see if the 'related article' support

instructions above your question in this thread, may help to get your iPhone

restarted; or on its way to working again? Or ready it for genius appointment.


"If the Restore screen appears, connect your device to your computer and

restart your device. You might also need to reinstall iOS or iPadOS."


If the Restore screen appears on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

This generally requires you to attach USB cable to a Mac or PC computer

as part of the process to help restore its functionality. See article above.


  • Learn what to do if you get a restore error when you try to update or restore.
  • If a restore error is not present, but the Restore screen still appears, or you

can't force a restart because one of your buttons is broken or stuck,

contact Apple Support.
