My subscription had ran out and I had no money to pay it so later on when I got money to pay it I got logged back in and all my playlists I made were gone. And I want help getting them back please

When your Paid Subscription to any Service or Content ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription

When your Apple Music membership ends, you will lose access to your iCloud Music Library, including iCloud Music Library Content that is uploaded to iCloud Music 

Think of it as renting a music library .

Not possible, gone for good unfortunately.

If you re-subscribe immediately, you may. Most people don't.
