Troubleshooting an Unresponsive App:

1. Close All Apps:

This app may not be responding, to close all apps. Hold you finger down on the bottom-left cornet of the iPhone Screen, and then swipe-up quick to the top-right cornet. From there, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quicker for each option app.
