declined my refund

Sorry about that, but you're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user tech support forum and we, just users like you, cannot help you.

Only Apple can judge if your request is (was) eligible for a refund. If you already asked for a refund, using these instructions:--> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple , but Apple did not approved your request, you can contact Apple and ask them, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service

Avoid accidental purchases

1. If it is your device then, please --> Use Guided Access with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple ... before handing over a device to a child.
2. If it is your child's device then in the future, enable the Ask to Buy feature --> Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support
