I can’t request for a new credit limit increase! Chat in Wallet is doesn’t work!

I want to increase my credit limit, but I can’t connect to “Apple”. I opening my Wallet, going to “i”, opening chat with “Apple” but anything what I’m trying to send - doesn’t work! My messages are not sending and I can’t connect Apple there! Please help me
