Can’t find private tabs in tab groups after screen time was enabled on my devices.

I can’t find the private tabs after screen time was enabled on my devices. It disappeared from the usual place underneath the top tab group and now I can’t find them. I don’t have the option to open a new private tab when holding the tabs button and opening a new private window isn’t actually private since safari still remembers the sites you’ve visited. I’m pretty sure screen time caused this since I could access the private tabs before it was enabled. Only my devices are effected with this as my siblings all still have the option to access private tabs. How do I add them back?
