Sleep Steps
Just woke up to see 39 steps on my iPhone at 3am, and my sleep schedule saying Awake at that time.
Years ago I would sleep walk .. I know 39 steps isn’t much but I worry it’s starting again.
Can steps happen without actually stepping?

If the sleep focus is on, steps will most of the time not count when simply waving your arm. But there still is a possibility that waving your arm caused the steps to count
