Can't download apps in my itunes library to my iPad

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have broken my old iPad 2 what was used for music production. I've just got an iPad 3 (I need the old 30-pin for MIDI), activated it and tried to download the purchased apps form App Store.

I can't see all the apps an my iPad App Store, but when I go to iTunes (older version - 12.6.3. with App Store), i can't login (0x800930302 and -50 errors), but I can see I still have apps in my Library.

What can I do to regain access to the rest of my apps?

The ability to manage apps directly via iTunes was removed back in iTunes 12.7. See Managing apps with iTunes 12.7 or later - Apple Community. Older versions of iTunes may not be compatible with more recent builds of iOS. Older versions of iOS may not be compatible with current versions of iOS apps.
