14 Pro max heating

Hi Everyone

Today my phone got overheated when i just finished a 2minute call and after 1hour whole battery got drained from 72% charging to zero. I went home and pit phone on charge, no response but after two hour it wake up and same heating issue. I quickly backed up just for safety over icloud visiting apple care soon. Always android person first iphone and this happened

I see. Well, if you want, you can have your iPhone looked at at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP):


They can run further diagnostics to try and find out what’s causing the overheating. But then again, you haven’t seen a temperature warning. Apple says if you don’t see a temperature warning, you can keep using the device like you normally would. So if you want to have the device checked out, that’s totally up to you.
