Cant join meeting in MS Teams

MS Teams version is up-to-date. IPad Os is updated as well. Using the same meeting Id and pw, I can join the meeting using my Android phone BUT I cant seem to connect using my iPad. It just keeps on saying that there is no meeting matching the Id and pw. I tried logging out from my phone thinking cant use the same profile on the same meeting. Didnt work. Uninstall and re-install. Didnt work.
