Hi, I just purchased an Apple TV 4K and was expecting to get the promo for 3 months Apple TV. I have an existing subscrition which expires on Sept 2nd. Why do I not see the 3 months free promo?

I may return the item and buy a firestick instead. If I had known that I would have registered it in my wife's name. Thats a terrible rule.
