All my Photos folders with albums are in the wind.

Your screenshot does show the A-O and the Mill sites folders:

but they are closed.

Are the Photos that were the albums in those missing folders still in the library?

Are you using iCloud Library?

If the older backup has the folder structure that you need restore it and merge the current library into the restored library. The best method would be to use the paid version of PowerPhotos does a better job of merging libraries and can remove duplicates in the process. This way you might be able to get your folder structure back.

Perhaps we could see your situation better if you expanded the "My Albums" section of your screen shot. (Click the ">" to make it a "v".)

OT, Those folders are in the "as it used to look" screen shot showing what Belle wants to get back.

Belle, how long has it been now since you rebuilt your library? The folder structure can be among the last parts to reappear, as I recall.

Also, I meant to ask if this library is connected to iCloud Photos.
