greetings… I had purchased for ₹180 on 22/08/2023 at 9:39 and 9:56 using apple pay services, the transaction was completed but i still haven’t received my reward in the app. I had contacted my UPI App and they instructed me to contact the merchant. I kindly request to look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

There are no rewards just for using Apple Pay.
What was the payment method used, credit or debit card? The card issuer is usually who issues rewards, but occasionally it’s a merchant. Review the purchase with the merchant and card issuer/bank.
