Family sharing doesn’t work after changing SIM card

I just changed my SIM card (went from a French one to an American one) and while I am still on my Family sharing plan, I can’t access Apple Music anymore. How do I get back Apple Music?

Was that all you did, change the SIM card? That should have no effect upon Apple Music. If, however, you were doing this in conjunction with changing other things such as country settings, you may encounter difficulties. The article "Change your Apple ID country or region" describes how to change your country setting on everything using your Apple ID, and the requirements and results of doing this --> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
