I have an Apple TV unit connected to my TV, I purchased the movie The Italian Job (1969 version) a few months ago, decided to sit down and watch it last night but received the following error "There's a problem loading this content". I have just tried again and the same error message is displayed. I'm sure it played at time of purchase as I always try purchases to ensure they are playable

It sounds like you're not able to load content for play on Apple TV+ on your PC. Make sure you have a reliable internet connection, check whether there are updates for the app, quit/ reload the app, and restart your computer.
Check that you have the recommended network settings in place.

I have Apple 4K tv unit plugged into my TV for viewing, I don't view on a MAC/PC
The problem still persists but while I was looking at the recent movie releases I noted the movie was on sale, so I clicked on the movie icon and it allowed me to play from the Itunes Movies but not from my library. I also noticed the movie has now been upgraded to 4K, my purchase was in HD at the time, so I wonder if that is the issue?
