I need to log into my iPhone with my Apple ID but when I try I’m getting asked to enter a verification code from my Apple ID but I’m not sighed in on anything with it

If you need to get a verification code, try this:
3. Tap Allow to receive your verification code.
4. Enter the verification code on your other device to complete sign in." Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
