Hi laveda16,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

  1. We understand that you are unable to lock your iPhone, would you please tell us which lock you are referring to?
  2. Which reset did you perform? Did you simply perform a power cycle, or did you perform a factory reset?

In the meantime, please make sure that you are running the latest version of iOS.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues.

Kindly secure a backup and update.

  2. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the lock you are referring to is the passcode, the steps below can guide you on how to set it up.

  1. "On iPhone X and later, or iPad with Face ID, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode. On earlier iPhone models, go to Touch ID & Passcode. On devices without Touch ID, go to Settings > Passcode.
  2. Tap Turn Passcode On.
  3. Enter a six-digit passcode. Or tap Passcode Options to switch to a four-digit numeric code, a custom numeric code, or a custom alphanumeric code.
  4. Enter your passcode again to confirm it and activate it."

If you are unable to add cards to your Wallet, the article below can provide some guidance.
