Mac Studio + HDMI

Mac Studio on Ventura 13.5 and I am seeing the computer periodically blink where there is nothing on the screen and it comes back on but only on HDMI. TB4/HDMI or TB4/DP does not have this issue and Apple Genius support at the store ran a diagnostic and said nothing was wrong physically with the computer. I have tested different cables with the same result.

Is this a known issue with Ventura 13.5?

Yep, HDMI is not perfect. I have an Acer display that will indiscriminately blank out on both WIndows 11 and Mac OS 12. Plugging back in the display usually fixes it. TB4 may offer more consistent signal on your computer than HDMI. Now is the HDMI cable plugged into a TB4 adapter to HDMI having the same problem? Or is it a single TB4 to HDMI cable with no adapter?
