Urgent: Someone else's Apple ID on my device for years
A few years ago, my parents got me a new phone as a birthday surprise, but because they did not know my Apple ID at the time, one of the workers at the Apple Store used HIS Apple ID (personal email) to set up my new phone. My parents did not realize what this meant. I had only realized this after about two years of using my phone. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could answer the following two questions:
1) Does this mean all my photos and files have been accessible to a complete stranger?
2) Was everything automatically uploaded to HIS phone and iCloud?
I have changed my Apple ID and deleted his email address from my phone. But I am so uncomfortable with the thought that someone might have images of my friends, family, and me without my permission for two years. I am so stressed about this but I don't know whether to panic or if this is not as big of a deal.
This feels like a violation of my privacy. I believe the Apple worker should have asked for either one of my parents' email addresses instead of deciding to use his. Anyone's insight on this would be significant to me, thank you in advance.
