Changing Touch Bar Accent Color on MacBook Pro 13-inch M2

I'm attempting to personalise the accent colour of the Touch Bar on my MacBook Pro 13-inch M2, but I've encountered a persistent issue. Despite my efforts to modify the colour through system settings, the Touch Bar remains consistently white in appearance. I've explored various avenues within System Preferences and experimented with different colour choices, yet the result remains unchanged.

Considering the innovative capabilities of the MacBook Pro 13-inch M2 and the continuous evolution of macOS, I'm curious if there have been any recent updates or specific methods introduced to address this situation. If there are any reliable third-party applications or effective workarounds that could potentially facilitate the desired customization
