If you want to upgrade your iPhone from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 14 you can do so while buying a new phone

If you want to ask if the iPhone 6 can update to iOS 14, the answer is no, as the iPhone 6 cannot update further then iOS 12.5.7 due to hardware limitations
