messages not synchronizing

I have gone through all of the steps on the help page, but still, messages are not sychronizing accross my three devices

MESSAGES Hello, My messages are not syncing on all my aoope devices yet i have the aetti g turned. I have tried restarting and also turning off the setting then back on nothing seems to work. Do anyone know what could be the problem?
