iPhone 14 pro disconnects from wifi when locked

this issue started around two weeks ago, I had an iPhone 12 and suddenly I noticed that wifi kept disconnecting when my phone was locked and I wouldn't get any notifications because of that, I tried updating my phone since I had an update pending to see if it would solve the issue but it didn't, I tried resetting the network settings, forgetting the network and restarting my phone and nothing worked, I didn't pay much attention to it afterwards because I was going to upgrade my phone in a few days and thought I wouldn't have that problem anymore but to my surprise, when I got my iPhone 14 pro and set it up, the problem was still there, I don't know if this is normal or how can I fix this, since its annoying because I need to have my cellular data on all the time since I don't get any notifications because my wifi disconnects when my phone is locked

Check the route settings -> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

  •  You need to sign in to your router.
  • The Wi-Fi network name, or SSID (service set identifier), is the name your network that has a password.

 

or If you have iOS 16 / iPadOS 16:

Go to -> Settings -> tap Wi-Fi -> tap on the hideen Password -> enter Passcode -> you will then see the Wi-Fi Password.


If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
