Help! I keep getting an interrupted while on my iPhone by a pop up that reads (CANNOT VERIFY SERVER IDENTITY, the identity of m.hotmail.com cannot be verified.) Then when I go on the browser I keep getting a pop up that it’s not secure and won’t open any of the pages. I tried Support, but I couldn’t get help. I hope I can get some advice here. TY

The first thing I would do is sign out of the email account and then try logging back in with your credentials from hotmail. Or maybe I'm understanding you wrong, are you saying that you can't browse any websites on your browser?
