Carefully and thoroughly read that article for information about what happens when you delete your Apple ID account. For example:
"Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted."
They keep trying to take money out of my bank account. I need my cash app card and then I’ve been trying to cancel that for months. I’m no young lose it. I’m no longer using my camera system that they are trying to take the money out for my camera system does not work, but I study keep taking money from my account With my cash app.
I don’t have the password or the mobile phone number originally used so I cannot login. I just want to cancel the AppleID because my laptop keeps asking for the details. Can Apple cancel the account if I provide the email address?

You have all the information here to make that happen. Make sure you read it carefully and that you have logged out of your Apple ID on all of your devices. Otherwise you will not be able to log out since the password will not work for an account that has been deleted.

You won't be able to do anything on the account without the password. Depending on how you lost access to your account and what problems you are having will determine how you resolve the situation.

No. You can't delete an account you can't verify you own. You'll need to deal with the password issue first.
