iPhone SE 2020 Battery Health
I got a used IPhone SE with 83% battery health on April and after this last update my health went to 80% and then 79% any reason why it dropped so fast?

Batteries lose, on average, about 1% capacity a month. So, going from 83% to 79% in 5 months seems pretty normal. The phone is three years old. It needs a new battery. It probabaly needed a new battery when you bought it.
